Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb says the United States government has asked him to lead a scientific advisory council devoted to unidentified anomalous phenomena. Know what you're getting into before nibbling on the "Harvard" part. This will be one frat party you are not invited to attend. The council is expected to advise the White House, Pentagon, intelligence agencies and other federal offices while examining cases the government still cannot confidently identify.
