Very cool photos and an experience to remember.
A couple of weeks ago I was watching a Vulcan bomber at an airshow and it was flat-out impressive. But not as impressive as a apace-shuttle!
Thanks Kandinsky ... It's something I wanted to see since I was a little boy. And more impressively, I wasn't alone! Tons of people hanging out in the middle of the day just staring at the skies.
Good stuff. Memorable. As would watching an airshow like what you saw! I've never been to one of those... some day.
These are great pictures of the Shuttle Endeavor. It was a great experience with shuttle attached to the Boeing 747. These are just one of the greatest memories.
