Is BP oil disaster spreading stomach flu ?

It has been 15 or so years since the last time the stomach flu caught me napping.  It ripped me from my sleep to unfathomable pains throughout my body before reaching an unholy climax that has me flipping endless pages on my new book on the LA punk scene in 1977.  Very appropriate that it's a book about the GERMS.  But there is finer things to be doing at 5am.

It occurred to me this is going around in a vicious manner - taking out some people as long as a month, though after 5 days I'm feeling much better.

And anther thing that is getting to me that there are numerous reports of illnesses occurring at the Gulf of Mexico to the workers.  However, specifics on these illnesses are being kept in silence and it has me wondering if this miserable aching and massive rear-end nightmares are related.

CNN did a closer examination in print, stating: "The four crew members, who prompted the recall, reported feeling nauseous and dizzy, and complained of headaches and chest pains, the Deepwater Horizon Incident Joint Information Center said."  All symptoms I had at least one full day - followed by much diarrhea and fatigue.

Further, there are reports of patients with purple in their throats - and without getting too visual, I am suffering from odd purple discharges that freaked me out to say the least.  And I'm all the way over here in California.

That also brings up the changing climate - where it's possible hurricanes and such can do the transporting of harmful chemicals and spread the damage to a much more dangerous level.  With summer coming up, playing outdoor activities might/should (read: wont) be put on hold until some more testing on the dangers are analyzed.
