GREER’S 60-DAY UFO CLOCK JUST HIT ZERO

Sixty days ago, Steven Greer effectively put Washington on notice.

In a June 29 letter addressed to President Trump, the Pentagon, Congress and senior intelligence officials, Greer argued that alleged clandestine UFO/UAP programs operating outside lawful oversight had forfeited national-security protections. He said the Disclosure Project anticipated receiving “dispositive” evidence and intended to make such material public unless authorities provided a legal reason not to. �

Well.

The calendar has arrived.

VERIFIED: Sixty days from June 29 landed on August 28. As of the morning of August 29, FMPU could find no newly released biological evidence, reverse-engineered vehicle documentation or other publicly testable “dispositive” material corresponding to that ultimatum.

Greer’s latest visible social-media activity instead promotes his CE5 film and the new AI search function inside his Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive. �

Meanwhile, AARO has released nothing newer than its August 7 batch of military UAP imagery. �

None of this proves Greer possesses nothing.

His defenders can reasonably argue that legal discussions may be occurring privately, whistleblowers may need protection, and genuinely classified evidence cannot responsibly be thrown onto Dropbox because Reddit got impatient.

Skeptics have an equally uncomplicated response:

You set the clock.

And Reddit remembered. The original discussion of Greer’s letter drew more than 1,600 votes, with commenters predicting almost word-for-word that the deadline would arrive accompanied by another explanation rather than hardware. �

Here is where the story gets more interesting than Greer himself.

Disclosure now has an economy.

Greer operates documentaries, conferences, CE5 programs, membership communities and a large digital archive; his May press conference promoted the CE5 app and direct financial support for the archive. None of that demonstrates deception, and maintaining a gigantic archive obviously costs money. �

But incentives deserve inspection.

UFO culture increasingly runs on a peculiar fuel:

evidence coming soon.

Coming evidence creates interviews.

Interviews create traffic.

Traffic creates subscribers.

Subscribers fund the next disclosure event.

Government secrecy benefits from delay.

UFO media can benefit from delay too.

That does not make either side fraudulent.

It simply means FMPU refuses to confuse the promise of evidence with evidence.

Greer may still produce something extraordinary tomorrow.

AARO may eventually open a file that changes the game.

Until then, however, the most revealing unidentified object in ufology remains the deadline that keeps disappearing over the horizon.
