You've heard about the dog, what will come of maggot therapy?

Yeah, the story about the dog who basically pointed out to his (or her... not sure which) owner's attention that he was in fact suffering from a bone infection, the tough way.   Or maybe it was the tender way.   Why has the dog's identity been withheld?
